Asset Acquisition Loans

This is a loan product designed for members who wish to acquire an asset with the aim of generating income or an appreciating asset which in turn can generate more revenue to our members e.g land, motor vehicle , house hold items that can be used in generating income like a boat engine, solar for running businesses.
The features of this product are;
⦁ Maximum loan amount of up to Ugx 30million
⦁ Attracts interest rate of 2.5% per month on reducing
⦁ Maximum loan period of upto 36momths
⦁ All loans are secured
⦁ A member needs to be having 25% of the loan requested (10% in shares and 15%in savings)
⦁ All loans require a collateral security but the asset to be procured becomes the collateral
⦁ All loans require guarantorship
⦁ Refinanced at 50%
