Agriculture Loans

This is a loan product designed to target Hima community Sacco members who wish to finance business activities in agricultural crop husbandry production like diary, piggery, fishing farming, crop production, bull fattening etc.
The following are product features
⦁ Maximum loan amount of up to 30Millions
⦁ Attracts interest rate of 2.5% per month on reducing
⦁ Attracts a grace period of 3-4months
⦁ Maximum loan period of upto maximum of 6 months
⦁ A member needs to be having 25% of the loan requested (10% in shares and 15%in savings)
⦁ All loans are secured
⦁ All loans require guarantorship
⦁ All loans are insured
